Ten Minute Recharge:
A Quick & Easy Practice for Every Situation

The Ten Minute Recharge is a brief routine that can be done during breaks at the office, or any time at home. It can be performed daily, or even multiple times per day. It features a sequence of exercises, yoga postures, breathing skills, and meditation techniques designed to quickly and easily help practitioners raise their energy levels, release stress, increase concentration and develop intuition.

Once attendees learn the routine, they will be able to complete it—and feel immediate results—in just ten minutes.

The routine is initially taught as a 1-hour workshop. During the workshop participants learn how to safely and effectively perform each of its aspects, as well as some of the reasons and research that lie behind its effectiveness.
The Ten Minute Recharge can also be taught during and incorporated into any ongoing series of yoga or meditation classes.

The routine has five components:

Energization Exercises [3 minutes]
Practitioners will learn to jumpstart their energy and enthusiasm by doing ten recommended exercises that recharge the body from head to toe.

Yoga Postures [1 minute]
A simple yoga exercise such as Full Yogic Breath, Backward Bend, or Sun Salutation is taught.

Measured Breathing [1 minute]
This is a breathing exercise that quickly induces a state of serenity and inner peace.

Meditation Technique [3 minutes]
A proven, effective practice that can be done anywhere, with no equipment.

Enjoy the Inner Silence [2 minutes]
Practitioners learn how to hold onto the state of deep concentration and calmness even after their session has ended, and learn to listen for intuitive answers to personal or professional challenges.
