Corporate Meditation Services:
The Details

Employee Eligibility: Our meditation services are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. No prior experience is necessary. Our services are strictly non-religious and non-sectarian.

Locations and Facilities: No special facilities are required. Meditation sessions can be held in any type of open space including, but not limited to: conference rooms, gyms, common spaces, board rooms, and cafeterias.

Scheduling & Session Length: Sessions can take place before, during, or after working hours. You can choose whether to offer classes in an ongoing, regularly scheduled manner or on an occasional basis only.

Most commonly, we teach meditation either as a four-week class series or as a single-session workshop. Session length for the four-week series is 60 minutes per week.

The workshop is usually taught in a four-hour format, but can also be taught in a modified three-hour format. We can tailor these times to fit your company’s schedule and space availability

Optionally, for either format, we recommend at least one follow-up session, usually 1-2 weeks after the conclusion of our class series or workshop. Follow-up sessions, usually 2 hours in length, are useful opportunities for attendees to review what they’ve learned, receive answers to any questions that might have arisen since the initial class, and to help establish a consistent practice.

We can assist you in determining the best format and schedule for your company.

Survey: As a FREE BONUS service, at your discretion, Ballujee will conduct an internet survey of your employees prior to formally engaging our services. Your customized survey will assist you in gauging your employee’s interest level in our services, and the best days and times to offer them. You can distribute the survey yourself or have us do it for you. Commissioning the survey in no way obligates you to retain the services of Ballujee.

Equipment: Meditation training requires no specialized equipment. Meditation is taught while sitting. Most participants prefer to sit in chairs; sitting on the floor with cushions or meditation benches is optional.

Handouts: At no additional charge, all participants will be given four handouts:

  • Practical hints for establishing a daily routine
  • Guided relaxations and meditations on CD
  • Relaxation and meditation written instructions
  • A survey of recent research on meditation and stress

Promotion: We can assist you in the promotion of our services to your employees through email, intranet postings, flyers, etc. We can also speak to your employees at company gatherings, conferences, health fairs, or whenever or wherever you request.

Feedback and Support: We solicit optional feedback from attendees at the end of every session, giving you valuable, ongoing information that can be used to assess the benefits and quality of our services. We are also available at all times (via phone, email, or in-person) to answer any questions that you or the employees may have about our services, content, schedule, or staff.
